The personal health issue that affects my life is migraines. I get them frequently and had been relying on OTC pain relievers like Ibuprofen and Excedrin Migraine. They work well, but I was concerned about the long-term side effects of constant use! So I began searching out an alternative and was introduced to doTerra. I know use peppermint oil, cilantro oil and an oil blend called PastTense to help control my migraines. I still occasionally use the OTC remedies...but not nearly as much as before.
